With over 35 years of experience in different industries, Dillan found his true passion in the wine world, a field that combines creativity, hospitality, and connection. He took his love for hosting wine and food pairings to the next level with By the Glass – driven by passion and innovation.

After a six year strong friendship, Dillan and his close friend, now business partner, Kyle Flandrau, decided to make their shared dream come true with By the Glass. ‘’We share the same passion and bring exceptional wines to the market, where people can experience the uniqueness of the grapes and a mouth-watering taste’’.

Bridging the gap in the world of wine.

Kyle Flandrau is a former professional singer turned dynamic entrepreneur whose career has been nothing short of extraordinary. Beginning his journey at the age of 8, Kyle toured globally as a singer signed to renowned labels such as Disney, Hollywood Records, and Atlantic Records. His remarkable talent and magnetic charisma earned him appearances on iconic platforms like Good Morning America, The Tony Danza Show, Good Day New York, and PBS, solidifying his legacy in the entertainment industry.

After retiring from music, Kyle discovered a new passion in the wine industry. Mentored by a legendary figure in the field, he delved deep into the business, eventually founding By The Glass, an import and wholesale wine company. With an innovative vision, Kyle, alongside his business partner Dillan, expanded the company’s reach into five countries, establishing offices in New York, New Jersey, Florida, Sri Lanka, Australia, New Zealand, and Canada.

Under Kyle’s leadership, By The Glass has developed over 50 successful wine brands, each leaving its own mark on the market. As the company continues to grow, Kyle remains at the helm, driving its expansion and setting new benchmarks for creativity and excellence in the global wine industry.
